Products Information
Cylinder boring machine and block face milling machine for car, truck, bus engines... Designed and manufactured using Japanese technology, the machine body and base are sturdy, designed to be easy to operate and operate with precision. High precision, ensuring an oval taper no more than 0.02mm for machined product details, total machine capacity of 5HP, speed is steplessly adjusted via inverter.
The machine has 2 functions of boring (turning) cylinders and milling and turning engine block faces:
- Automatic up and down travel: 550mm
- Machine table size: 1000x500mm (The control table moves flexibly horizontally and vertically for easy precise operation)
- Travel along machine table: 760mm
- Horizontal travel of machine table: 120mm
- Cylinder diameter can be made from 55-200mm (boring shaft accessories can be customized to make smaller)
- Cylinder swirl boring depth: 460mm
- Main motor 3HP/3PHA
- 2HP/3PHA auxiliary motor
